Before devoting his full-time leadership and industry experience to the OMA organization, Doug spent 33 years leading and growing one of the original OMA partners, Commercial Works, Inc.
As CEO & President of Commercial Works, it became one of the largest commercial relocation providers in the Midwest with 8 locations and over 500 employees serving fortune 500 companies both locally and nationally.
Doug served on the OMA Board of Directors for 10 years before retiring from Commercial Works in 2016. After a short decompression period, he accepted an advisory position with the OMA Board of Directors to assess growth opportunities for the business model.
In 2017 he accepted the full-time leadership role of Executive Director of OMA, and became an equity partner in the organization.
In 2019 as OMA began additional growth of our business model, Doug was named President of the OMA organization and continues to serve the Board of Directors and all stakeholders in the strategic growth and business model execution.
